Nice set of puzzles. Here is some help:
TOP LEFT:
Notice the 4 screws around the red panel...

BOTTOM LEFT:
Hover over an orange circle, the 1's represent which neighbouring spots will turn on/off
Also - Clicking on the grey square around the orange circle will move that block into the empty one

MIDDLE BOTTOM:
Turn on/off the switches, press the button at the bottom to enter the current combo into the computer. Watch how the display speeds up and slows down (slow = wrong choice), make it go fast!

Still working on the right side...

Continued:
TOP RIGHT:
First, put all the wires up and click on where they were. You'll notice a # (might need to zoom in)
When the computer asks for schematic ID enter this number to see wiring guide (or brute force it like I did...)
You'll notice you don't have enough wires, where else have you seen blue wires?

BOTTOM RIGHT: What happens when you enter in random numbers? Try starting with 1, 1, 2...

i can't figure out the wire thing Help me please

I have the schematic ID but i can't put the wires like that i can't put them around the bigger rounds how do you do that?

Full Walkthrough

First puzzle:
Click on the four screws around the edges of the red panel. Open the panel and click on the ring with the color chips. The goal is to select each of the chips, then move the sliders until the main screen matches the color of each chip. This is easy if you have a program that can select a color from a screen and display it in terms of red, blue, and green.

Second puzzle:
Hover over each dot. The main screen will display which surrounding dots will light when you click on it (with the dot you are over as the center). Clicking the gray box around a dot will move it to the empty square. It seems hard but it really isn't. Just rearrange the dots and light them up until they are all lit.

Third puzzle:
Clicking the bar at the bottom will "analyze the switch matrix". Switches that are in the correct position will display quickly. The display will pause before a switch that is in the wrong position. When all the switches are in the correct position, the 1s and 0s will read out quickly with no pauses.

Fourth puzzle:
When entering random numbers, the display is always the number you entered added to the previous output. From this you can deduce that the code is fibonacci's sequence. In other words, starting with 1, each number is the sum of the previous two numbers. 1,1,2,3,5,8...

Fifth puzzle:
First open the red panel on the left and click at the top of the blue wires. You'll need them. Now place all the wires outside of the slot. It doesn't matter where. Click the inside of the slot and type the number that you find into the screen using the number pad. Now put all the wires back into the slot. Wire all the lamps in series to the battery on the left. The left lead of each lamp is the positive. So, run a wire from the positive terminal of the battery to the left lead from the first lamp. Then run a wire from the right lead from the first lamp, to the left lead of the second lamp and so on. Run a wire from the right lead of the last lamp to the negative terminal of the battery to complete the circuit and all of the lamps should light.

Final puzzle:
Click on each hinge of the glass cover above the flashing button to remove the hingepins. Click on the glass to remove.

How do u do the color one (top left), the walkthrough makes it sound so easy but is impossible...HELP

If you can't quite get the colors right on the first puzzle:

Top Chip
R: 225 G: 194 B: 77

Middle Chip:
R: 159 G: 69 B: 222

Bottom Chip:
R: 53 G: 224 B: 113

Approximate values work.

Im stuck in wire hell

What is the left lead & the right Lead? I only see a top row & a bottem row... Any help - please?

THIS IS A COOL GAME!...CHALLENGING..
