I can't find the ninja or beat the medusa. Any ideas?

found treasure and all characters except the ninja. any hints as to where the ninja is?
After collecting all those people found a place where I wound up with "It is the light of the postive. You were able .......... CLEAR!" I most definitely expected more. LOL
Got Elf (Lamp), Magician (Black plate), Ninja(Right bottom corner), Knight(upper part of door), Paladin (upper part of door), Thief (Btm of black plate), Fighter (somewhere ctr right side of the black screen) & Priest. Didn't find any treasure.
To beat Medusa, use thief;
Lost to Gorem. Any ideas?
Could there be 2 endings I cleared without fighting or even entering door.
Don't fight, you just lose to the last boss anyways. Go to the clearing.
I know, disappointing. :/
Try this sequence:
fighter -> priest -> thief -> elf -> knight -> ninja -> magician -> paladin
but still can't find the secret passage...
i found the secret passage now! out without fight~
If you click around where the thief goes on the floor, the thief will find some treasure. Don't know what for though!
