Shock Defense is another role-playing type game. In this RPG, you need to build towers to kill all the creeps, stop them from getting to the end. Use your mouse to drag and drop different weapons. you know what???? who ever beat the game tell me and show me how you did
its pretty easy i thought. just max out a cannon to start. have 4 maxed out cannons before level 6 starts (they should be placed in a square layout, two placed under the walkway arches, the other two directly below them - two paths from the bottom). when you get your first tribute use it on lightning and replace the cannons with lightning towers. then just keep adding lightning until you can make super towers.
If you try to play it with quantity of towers you'll fail. justin #5 has the right idea. Lightning towers make it pretty easy.
Is it even possible to beat level 34? if so, then how do i do it
4 cannons out, then replace with lighting when able to, after 6 lightnings are up and two are maxed, and 4 are up one up grade, sit back and watch your money grow, when you are able to get superweapon thingy mabober, get it and up grade it, you should be able to get 2 or three right off the bat. Sell all the lightnings, replace them with the badassness., after about 5 or 6 upgraded, you are unstopable ladies and gentalmen!!!
i got 8248... i came to level 35 and i finish it... i set 4 maxed cannons out..till after level 6 ( like justin #5 ) ( i only set another maxed cannon when its going to be dangerous ).. after level 6 i research lightning... i sell all the cannons for lightning towers... if i had the money i upgrade them to level 2.. ( i didn't upgrade all to level 3.. only for level 2... ) then when you get a tribute, research the another technology's... if you get them, buy an supertower... when its dangerous, you have to upgrade him... when its dangerous again.. buy another upgraded super tower... and at the last level a super tower again... ( i'm not good at english... sorry )

My high score was 2753, and the thing that justin said is exactly right. Quality over quantity.
This game isn't too bad once you figure out how to win: as mentioned before, it is quality over quantity. The only necessary towers are the cannon, lightning, and super.
It gets interesting when trying to get a high score; considering that the first time you beat the game, you will probably have a low score, mainly because you will blow all of your cash on unnecessary towers. I got 28745 on my second run through which is good enough for me:

level 35 in the last one? my score at level 35 is 3073 :D i beat it with super towers. these are the best especially if you upgrade them.
this game is super easy, especially once you have super towers!
This game becomes easy when you learn what you should do, the first time i finished it i got 3000 points, so i played it again using the same tactics but on the Officail Game website, i published my score, and look, the top 10 were from 50000 to 60000 points! ... lols
SO i played again, and this time i read the bit were it said, Total points = Points + Money.
Then i figured out if u finish a lvl with the littlest Defence u get more points and also more money.
So i did the first lvl with 1 -
- bomber (lvl 2)
- lvl 2, 1 Bomber (lvl 3)
- lvl 3, 1 Bomber (lvl 3)
- lvl 4, 2 Bombers (lvl 3 and 2)
- lvl 5, 2 Bombers (lvl 3 and 3)
- lvl 6, 3 Bombers (lvl 3,3 and 3)
Its posible to kill all of them with 3 lvl 3 bombers if put in the right place, if u cant manage it, use 4 lvl 3 bombers.
- lvl 7, 3 Bombers (lvl, 3,3 and 3)
- Use 1 Tribute Stat on lighting
- lvl 8, 3 Bombers (lvl 3,3 and 3)
- lvl 9, 3 Bombers (lvl 3,3 and 3)
- lvl 10, 3 Bombers (lvl3, 3 and 3)
"Remember" its important you get a good possision to put these, or u mite need 4 lvl 3 bombers.
- lvl 11, Sell all 3 Bombers, make
1 Tower of lighting (lvl 3)(never make them lvl 4)
"Remember", When you sell a tower, u will lose as much points as you sold it for, but u will gain the money, remember the money u have left at the end of the game, adds onto your points, so trust me, its worth it.
- lvl 12, 2 Tower of lighting (TOL)(lvl 3 and 2)
- lvl 13, 2 TOL (lvl 3 and 2)
- lvl 14, 2 TOL (lvl 3 and 2)
Use 1 Tribute stat on +3% Interest rate.
Trust me -
If you have managed to do it with my rules, u should have around 610 points and $280 with 20 hp, "Remember", Hp doesn't matter to your final score that much.

I have however got 21000 to 25000 points once, i forgot how, i must of spent less money, maby i finished the last lvl with only 2 super towers and not 3, or did it with les TOLS and made super towers sooner,
U can experiment with this rule and maby get a higher score.
Maby you could find a way to get over 50000 points, because its posible.

how did you get that score?
my best is 40000. i git that by using one tribute to gain the lightning tower and using all others on interest. if u build enough lightning towers you dont need anything else to complete the game, and ull have a lot of money and points left... whats ur strategy poopyhead?
i beat it many times now, but i cant tell you exactly how i did it cause i dont remember. all i can tell you is that you need to buy as little as possible and upgrade as much as possible. o and get a loooooot of lighting tower as you go, and then get as many super towers at the end
How do you beat level 11??
I've played Shock Defense numerous times. Easy to beat but increasing your score is hard...When you buy interest, lighting, and then supertowers and finish the game that way there is no way I can go over 20,000. However, using the lighting, and then spending all the tributes on interest and loading up with countless lightnights has gotten me to around 25,000. I am very curious to know how you can reach 30,000+ in this game. If anybody knows, please tell me.
people who doubt using all lightning towers, its possible. you might not finish with 20 hp due to fast creeps on random levels or on strong crepp on levels 34 and 35 but u can actually finish.
I just beat it with a 3375. I don't know how people get up to 60,000. All you need is four cannons in a square. Upgrade the top left, then bottom left until they are maxed, then worry about the other ones. When you get lightning, sell the cannons and replace with lighting and do the same thing with upgrading. You don't really need to max the lightning out because it's not worth $720 to get the last 40 HPs. Just buy another lightning tower with that $720 and pay the $80, then the $100 to upgrade. You'll still have money left over. Add one or two more lightnings if you need them but concentrate on getting super towers and maxing them out.

I just got an undefined amout of money, and thus also an undefined amount in score. The game bugged at the lvl before the last. When I then tried a new game, I noticed that I couldn't upgrade my towers, and that the sheeps neve stopped coming, I still kept the undefined amount of money nad score though.

i killed all of you guys with a whopping score of 77,287 score holla!
Follow raddy's guide and place everything in the middle of the map that they cover as much road surface area as possible. After you get lightning put the rest of your points into interest and only buy lightning towers from then on. Only buy them as you need them, but always place them in the middle. I finished the game with 9 lightning towers. You'll end up with between 30,000 and 35,000 points. What I did could be improved so with practice you may be able to get that coveted 50,000. Good luck all.

theres a huge glitch in this game.
buy a cannon tower by the spawn, max them.
Press next level and then as soon as the first creeps die press next level again. if done right the 2 waves will go at the same time and after the round is over the interest will glitch and keep giving you money.
this does it for tributes too.
even though i didn't beat the game( got to lvl 34) square formations with lightning ugraded 2x are a good strategy. i made the mistake of not building super towers. i got 2567. how many lvls are there?

Just got past 40,000---41570. Tricky to do. Increase percentage after you get lightening towers and use only lightening towers. Skimp on towers to least amount to get job done. Then make sure on last level that you don't kill all the ones on first go around: leave some to come around again. Then sell like mad the towers up to the amount you need to finish them off: POOF, Booh gets 40,000 plus.

i had this wierd glitch that il share
first.. put rock towers at where the monsters first come out
second.. keep pressing start (the buton you press when youre all out of monsters)this will bring ou to the 6th or 7th level
third.. you must kill all the monsters that come out(hint laptops arent the best to use with this process)after al he monsters are killed you tribte points will be going up like crazy
fourth.. buy a lot of intrest and all the rest. the you will have lots of stuff

i get to the alien spaceship level and none of my canons fire! what happened?
OMG!! this is so hard i got to level 34 by having heaps of cannons till lyk lvl 10 wen i had enough money i sold them and bought a couple of lightning towers then i kept buyin lightning towers until lvl 21 were i had researched all the elements and built a super tower which does 2000 per hit :] then u just keep adding more lightning towers exept lvl 34 where it's 20, 000 hp on each of the opponents :[
*GLITCH!* I guarantee none of you will ever beat my score.
The CRAZIEST thing happened to me today. I had comfortably worked my way to the level where you get your first blue upgrade dot, and i get a lightning tower. Then, for some reason, the next turn I get a second upgrade dot. I get the interest multiplier, and suddenly my money begins to mysteriously multiply, increasing by the 100s, then 1000s, and so on. Before I even start the next turn, I have well over a million, as well as 50 upgrade dots. I purchase 20 super towers, then put all of them into interest.
The result?
Hundreds of billions in my score, 20 supertowers fully upgraded, and an interest rate above 800%. All of this madness nearly froze my computer.

i got 38,552....and i did NOT use any of your strategies.on top of that,it was my first try at the game....basically what i did was started out with 2 arrow towers and 1 cannon,after a couple lvls i fully upgraded them...then for the 1st bonus i DID spend on lightning, but i only had 1,and upgraded it to lvl 3 with ease....then with the 2nd i upgraded poison and it only costs 75$ to fully upgrade it!i didnt like put them all in a square or anything....i put every 1 where it would cover a lot of space....when i got the 3rd i spent it on fire,but didnt buy 1(cuz fire sucks bad,trust me) then i waited till i had enough money(sometimes i sold some cannons and arrowers),bought and upgraded super tower,and kept getting super towers for the rest of the game(bty,i was at like lvl 27 by this time i think)and in the end i had:
1 tol,lvl 3
1 top,lvl 4
2 air towers,lvl 3
2 cannons, lvl 3
4 super towers,(3 lvl 2,1 lvl 1)
with that,i beat the last 5 lvls quite easily.the game isnt about upgrading and having more stuff,its all strategic.and thats how i did it.....anyone have any questions or comments?
